RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your wellness products! If you're not completely satisfied:

Returns Accepted:
• Within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Contact us at lordcmoore@gmail.com to initiate a return
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Print-on-Demand Items:
• T-shirts, pillows, canvas art, journals, and yoga mats are made to order
• These items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged

Damaged or Defective Items:
• Contact us within 7 days with photos
• We'll replace or refund at no cost to you
• We cover return shipping for defective items

Non-Returnable Items:
• Incense products (due to hygiene reasons, unless unopened)
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return:
1. Email lordcmoore@gmail.com with your order number
2. Describe the reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions
4. Ship items back in original packaging
5. Refund issued once we receive and inspect the return
